Where we ship

SpectraColor ships to the 48 contiguous states within the United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and we do not offer international shipping.

Free shipping and shipping charges

Free shipping applies only to items explicitly marked Free Shipping on the product listing. Shipping charges apply to all other items.

Returns and refunds on custom-made products

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom-made products.

If we make an error

If an error on a custom-made product is caused by SpectraColor, we will remake or replace the affected product at no charge. This applies only to errors on our end.
