Screen printing pushes ink through a prepared mesh screen onto the garment. Each ink color typically uses its own screen, with the colors applied in sequence to build the design.
For simple one-color designs ordered in bulk, screen printing is our most economical printing method. Repeating the same design across a larger order spreads the setup cost over more shirts, helping lower the cost per shirt. We review your artwork, fabric and print locations before recommending the setup. For 3 or more print colors, we use DTF printing.

What is the minimum order?
One-color screen printing requires at least 24 shirts. Two-color screen printing requires at least 36 shirts. For designs with 3 or more colors, we use DTF printing.
What affects the price?
Garment selection, total quantity, ink colors, print locations, artwork and setup requirements affect the quote. We confirm pricing before production.
What artwork works best for screen printing?
Solid-color logos, lettering and bold graphics work well for our spot-color screen printing. Send your artwork so we can review its details and confirm the number of ink colors.
Can I print on the front and back?
Yes, subject to the garment and design. Each print location is reviewed and included in your quote.
What file should I send?
Vector artwork such as SVG, EPS or a vector PDF is helpful for logos. Send the best file you have and the desired print size; we will discuss any artwork preparation needed.
How soon can my order be ready?
Send your deadline, artwork and quantities. We confirm the quickest available schedule based on garments, setup and production workload.
What if I need fewer than the screen-printing minimum?
Ask us about DTF or another suitable decoration method. We review the design and garment before recommending the best option for a smaller order.
How should I wash printed apparel?
Follow the garment care label and the instructions supplied with your order. Wash inside out in cold water and avoid ironing directly on the print.
