Digital Envelopes
A clean, professional choice for your logo and return address. Printed on pre-made envelopes, with selected front and back-flap print options. Best suited to white backgrounds and lighter ink coverage.
Offset Envelopes
Printed as a flat sheet before being cut and formed. Ask about offset printing for heavier ink coverage, full-bleed designs and artwork extending onto flaps.
Linen Uncoated Envelopes
A textured 70 lb linen stock for a refined stationery set. Available in selected business, announcement and document sizes, printed on the front or supplied blank.
Natural Envelopes
An uncoated 70 lb natural stock with at least 30% post-consumer recycled fiber. A warm, understated option for announcements, cards and business correspondence.
Blank Envelopes
Unprinted envelopes for everyday office use, invitations and document presentation. Ask about opaque, linen, natural and other available stocks, including selected window options.
Variable Addressing Envelopes
Personalize individual envelopes with recipient information. Your logo and artwork print in full color; the variable address information prints in black. Address printing only—postage and mailing services are not included.

Sizes vary by product. A 9 × 12 envelope can hold an unfolded 8.5 × 11 sheet; selected styles open on the short or long side. Tell us your insert dimensions and thickness so we can confirm the fit.
Paper, windows and print options
Paper: Selected styles offer 60 or 70 lb premium opaque, 70 lb linen, 70 lb natural or security-tinted uncoated stock. These envelopes have no added coating.
Windows: Standard-window and no-window versions are available on selected business styles. Match your document’s address position to the correct template before printing.
Security and closure: Ask about interior security tint and self-adhesive closures on compatible stock. Security tint helps obscure the contents; confirm the exact configuration with your quote.
Printing: Depending on the envelope, choose full-color front (4/0), front plus back flaps (4/4), or back flaps only (0/4). Not every stock and size supports every print option.
Artwork that fits your envelope
Send your logo, return address and any existing artwork. We can discuss design assistance or review your supplied print file for the selected format.
A print-ready PDF is preferred. Use CMYK color and 300 dpi raster images. Envelope templates differ by size, printing method, flap and window position, so confirm the template before adding bleed or laying out the artwork.
For digital envelopes, keep text and graphics at least 0.25 inch from outer edges and keep windows clear of ink. Designs exceeding 40% ink coverage should be reviewed for offset production. Full backgrounds and flap artwork need particular attention.

Can you print my logo and return address?
Yes. Send your logo and the exact return-address wording. Front and selected back-flap printing options are available, depending on the product.
What is the difference between digital and offset envelopes?
Digital printing uses envelopes that have already been formed. Offset envelopes are printed flat and then converted, allowing a different approach to high-coverage and full-bleed artwork. We review the design before recommending the method.
Can each envelope have a different recipient address?
Variable addressing is available on selected envelopes. Recipient information prints in black alongside your full-color artwork. Supply an accurate address list in the required format and check every record carefully. This is an address-printing option, not a mailing service.
Do you offer blank envelopes?
Yes. Ask about blank business, announcement and document envelopes in available paper stocks. We will confirm the size, opening side and window choices.
What do you need for a quote?
Send quantity, envelope size, paper preference, window requirements, print sides, artwork and your deadline. Include the insert dimensions if you need help choosing a size.
How long will my order take?
