9 × 12 Standard
A versatile folder for letter-size documents, proposals and welcome packets. Choose compatible coated or uncoated stocks and finishes.
Silk Laminated
A smooth matte feel on 16pt stock laminated on both sides. Available in 6 × 9 and 9 × 12, with optional front spot UV on selected configurations.
Natural Uncoated
A cream-toned 14pt natural stock containing 30% post-consumer recycled material. Available in 5.25 × 10.5 and 6 × 9 sizes.
Pearl Metallic
A smooth 14pt stock with embedded pearl fibers for a subtle shimmer. Available in 5.25 × 10.5 and 6 × 9 sizes, without added coating.
Suede / Velvet
A soft, scuff-resistant velvet laminate on both sides of 16pt stock, for approximately 19pt total thickness. A premium 9 × 12 option.
9 × 14.5 Legal
Keep legal-size materials together in a taller folder. Available on 14pt C2S stock with UV on the full-color side and one- or two-pocket options.
5.25 × 10.5 Slim
A narrow format for a compact presentation. Available on 14pt C2S stock with UV on the full-color side and selected pocket configurations.
6 × 9 Mini
For half-size or folded literature. Available in selected 14pt, 16pt and 100 lb gloss cover stocks, with compatible coating and pocket choices.
9 × 12 Glueless
A digital option with one right-side pocket that needs no glue. Available on 16pt C2S stock without coating, supplied assembled or unassembled.

Send your insert dimensions and approximate sheet count so we can check the fit. Paper thickness affects capacity; do not assume every folder holds the same stack.
Pockets, card slits and printing
One or two pockets: Select a left pocket, right pocket or two-pocket layout on compatible folders. The glueless version uses a single right-side pocket.
Business card slits: Selected styles offer horizontal or vertical slits on the left, right or both pockets, or no slits. CD slits are also available on certain configurations.
Print sides: Ask about full-color outside only (4/0), full-color outside with black inside (4/1), or full color outside and inside (4/4). The outside includes the front and back covers; pocket placement must follow the exact template.
Choose the feel and finish
Standard 9 × 12 options include 14pt or 16pt coated stock, 14pt uncoated, 100 lb gloss cover and 100 lb linen cover. Depending on stock, ask about aqueous, satin aqueous, matte, UV, spot UV or no coating.
Silk provides a smooth matte laminate; suede adds a soft velvet feel; pearl brings a subtle shimmer; natural stock offers a warm uncoated appearance. Not every finish is available with every folder size.
Artwork prepared for the finished folder
Send your logo, brand colors, text and any existing design. We can discuss layout assistance or review supplied print files for the selected folder.
Use the exact size and pocket template before designing. A print-ready PDF is preferred, with CMYK color and raster images at 300 dpi. Bleed requirements vary by product, so confirm the correct template.
Keep important text and logos clear of folds, cuts and card slits. Check pocket orientation in the flat layout and remove template guides from the final artwork. Inside printing and spot UV may require separate files.

Can you put my company logo on the folder?
Yes. Send your logo and wording, or an existing design. We will review the layout, print areas and any design work needed for your quote.
Which folder holds letter-size paperwork?
The standard 9 × 12 folder is designed for letter-size materials. Tell us the insert size and sheet count so we can confirm the right configuration.
Can I print inside the folder?
Yes, on compatible configurations. Choose full color inside and outside, or ask about a black inside print. Separate outside and inside artwork files may be required.
Can the pocket hold a business card?
Selected folders offer horizontal or vertical card slits. Confirm the card size, pocket and orientation before designing; keep artwork clear of slit areas.
What is a glueless folder?
It is a 9 × 12 digital folder with a single right-side pocket that forms without glue. Assembled and unassembled options are available. Ask us to confirm the stock and quantity available.
What should I send for a quote?
Send quantity, finished size, paper or finish preference, pocket layout, print sides, card-slit needs, artwork and deadline. Include insert dimensions if you need help choosing a size.
How long does production take?
