Choose the right poster material
Start with your display location, viewing distance and how long you need the poster. We confirm size, stock, print sides and finishing with your quote.
Gloss Book Posters
Available on 80 or 100 lb gloss book paper. Choose compatible aqueous, satin aqueous, front UV or no-coating options, with front-only or selected two-sided printing.
Matte-Finish Posters
A low-glare choice using 100 lb dull book stock with satin aqueous coating. Full-color front printing for announcements, school activities, promotions and event information.
Gloss Cover Posters
A more substantial 100 lb gloss cover cardstock with aqueous coating. Available in 18 × 24 and 24 × 36 inches, printed in full color on the front.
Photo Gloss Posters
An 8mil photo-quality gloss stock for indoor graphics and photographic artwork. Full-color front printing. Handle carefully: the surface is not waterproof or scuff resistant.
Backlit Posters
A 9mil semi-rigid material designed to diffuse light in an illuminated display. Ideal for compatible lightboxes, retail graphics and menu displays. Confirm the display specifications before ordering.
Blockout Posters
A 12pt C2S paper construction with a black middle layer that blocks light for 100% opacity. A semi-gloss indoor option with optional grommets at the top corners or all four corners.
Rally Signs
Flexible paper signs for campaigns, sports and short-term events. Choose 80 or 100 lb gloss cover with aqueous or satin aqueous coating. Available in 11 × 17, 12 × 18 and 17 × 22 inches. Frames, stakes and hardware are not included.
Best for indoor use or brief outdoor events in suitable conditions. These are flexible paper signs and are not weatherproof.

Match the poster to its display
Everyday indoor displays: Gloss book, matte-finish and gloss cover posters work well for announcements, promotions and event graphics. Choose matte when reduced glare matters.
Photo-focused artwork: Photo gloss emphasizes a glossy photographic appearance. Protect the print from water, scuffing and rough handling.
Illuminated displays: Backlit material is designed for a compatible lightbox. Outdoor use requires a protective lightbox with UV-protectant sheets such as acrylic or styrene. Confirm your frame and installation conditions first.
Light blocking: Blockout material prevents show-through. It is intended for indoor use; optional grommets can help with suitable hanging applications.
Keep your poster clear at a glance
Lead with one headline, use strong contrast and make the main details large enough for the viewing distance. For events, give the date, location and next step a clear place in the layout.
Send your logo, text and images, or a print-ready PDF. Use CMYK color and 300 dpi images where practical at final size. Bleed varies by material, so confirm the product template before finalizing artwork. Keep important content clear of trim edges and grommet positions.
Poster printing questions
Can you help me choose a poster?
Yes. Tell us where it will be displayed, the size, quantity and intended duration. We can compare suitable paper and specialty materials.
Do you offer matte and glossy posters?
Yes. Choose from matte-finish paper, gloss book, gloss cover and photo gloss options. Each has a different weight, surface and range of sizes.
Can I order a custom size?
Custom dimensions are available for photo gloss, backlit and blockout posters. The listed width and height ranges are 12–120 inches; we confirm the exact production configuration before ordering.
Can the poster be printed on both sides?
Selected gloss book posters and rally signs offer two-sided options. Photo gloss, backlit, blockout, matte-finish and gloss cover products listed here print on the front only.
Are these posters waterproof?
Paper posters and photo gloss are not waterproof. Rally signs can be used briefly outdoors in suitable conditions but are not weatherproof. Tell us about outdoor exposure so we can discuss a suitable alternative.
Does a backlit poster include a lightbox?
The product is the printed graphic. A compatible lightbox or display is separate. Send the display specifications so the material and dimensions can be checked.
What do you need for a quote?
Send the quantity, finished size, display location, material preference, print sides, artwork and deadline. Mention any frame, lightbox or hanging requirements.
How quickly can I get my posters?
Timing depends on material, quantity, artwork approval, production availability and delivery. Tell us your deadline before ordering so we can confirm the schedule.
