Standard Event Tickets
Full-color tickets without variable numbering. A simple option when every ticket carries the same artwork, with optional perforation for a detachable stub.
Variable Numbering Tickets
Add individual numbers to your full-color design. Variable numbers print on the front in black ink, using default 14pt Calibri. Leave a light, clear area so they remain easy to read.

We confirm the available combination and exact template before you order. Keep important details clear of the tear line.
Numbering that fits your layout
Supply variable data as a CSV file, with up to five digits or characters per record. Specify the starting sequence and numbering positions using the approved layout.
Check the record count and every entry. If your numbers use leading zeros, format them as text before creating the list and verify the saved data. Keep the number area free of dark artwork.
Prepare the event details
Send your logo, event name, date, time, venue, admission wording and any terms you want printed. Put the most useful details on the main ticket and decide which information should remain on the stub.
For supplied artwork, a PDF is preferred. Use CMYK color and 300 dpi images. Confirm the size, bleed, numbering areas and perforation template before finalizing.

Can I have a tear-off stub?
Yes. Optional perforation creates a detachable section. We will confirm the position and template for your chosen ticket.

Yes, compatible configurations offer a full-color or black reverse. Use the back for directions, event information or terms without crowding the front.
What should I send for a quote?
Send quantity, size, artwork, print sides, stock preference, perforation needs, any numbering requirements and your event date.
How long will my tickets take?
Timing depends on your ticket configuration, artwork and data approval, production availability and delivery. Tell us the event date and when you need the tickets before ordering.
