Custom School Apparel & Embroidered Hats in Simi Valley

LOCAL PROJECT • ROYAL HIGH SCHOOL • SIMI VALLEY
School spirit shows up in more places than a team jersey. It’s on the backpack heading into class, the favorite hat worn after school, and the beanie parents wear in the stands.
For this Royal High School project in Simi Valley, we worked on a mix of embroidered backpacks, two-tone hats with 3D puff embroidery, beanies, and leather patch hats. Each item offered a different way to wear the school’s identity while keeping a coordinated look.
A School Logo, Several Different Looks
One of the fun parts of custom school merchandise is seeing how a design works across different products.

For the two-tone hats, we matched the embroidery thread color to the bill. That detail ties the colors together, while the raised 3D puff embroidery gives the lettering extra dimension.
The embroidered backpacks bring school pride into everyday use. Beanies offer another option for cooler mornings and outdoor events, and leather patch hats give the collection a different texture and style.
A collection doesn’t have to use the same decoration on every piece to feel connected. Consistent colors and thoughtful placement can bring everything together.

Custom Apparel for Schools, Clubs, and Organizations
The same approach works for more than school merchandise. Student clubs, booster groups, parent organizations, community groups, and volunteer teams can build a collection around what their members will actually use.
That might mean custom club shirts for an upcoming event, embroidered polos for staff, or matching hats for a team of volunteers. Some groups need a uniform look. Others want a few choices so members and supporters can pick something that fits their style.
Starting with the purpose makes the decisions easier: who will wear it, where they’ll wear it, and whether the items are for members, an event, or a fundraiser.
Planning Merchandise for a Fundraiser
If you’re putting together a school or club fundraiser, a small, practical selection is a good place to start. A shirt and a hat may be easier to organize than a long list of products, sizes, and colors.
