Same-day and next-day printing are NOT guaranteed. Availability depends on how busy our shop is at the time, our production schedule, and receiving print-ready artwork. Call or text us to confirm availability and your pickup time before ordering.
Need it today? The earlier you call, the better!
We know things come up at the last minute. If you need an outdoor banner today, contact us as early in the day as you can. The sooner we hear from you, the better the chance we can fit your order into the schedule.
Even if you call early and have print-ready artwork, same-day printing may not be available if we are too busy. We must confirm your deadline before accepting a rush order.
Tell us the size, quantity, what you’re printing, and when you need to pick it up. We’ll give you an honest answer about timing. If same-day printing isn’t possible, ask about next-day options. Next-day availability also depends on how busy we are and must be confirmed.
Please call or text before placing a rush order. An online order or an email alone does not confirm same-day or next-day availability. Our ability to meet your deadline depends on how busy the shop is at the time.
Real banner projects by SpectraColor
From business promotions to local events, here are four examples of banners we’ve printed. These are past projects; any offers shown are historical examples.
The key to a fast turnaround: print-ready artwork
For same-day printing, your file needs to be ready to print when you send it. Print-ready artwork alone does not guarantee same-day availability; it also depends on how busy we are. That means the design is finished, the wording is correct, and the file is suitable for the banner size you need.
- Send the finished design: Check spelling, phone numbers, dates, and all other details.
- Tell us the final size: Include the banner’s width and height so we can check the file.
- Use a clear, high-resolution file: A print-ready PDF is a good starting point. Avoid small screenshots or blurry logos.
- Send files early: We need time to review your artwork and confirm production and pickup.
If we need to create the design, rebuild a logo, correct a file, or wait for your approval, that extra work may delay the order and make same-day completion unavailable.
Not sure whether your file is ready? Send it over and give us a call. We’ll take a look and let you know what’s needed.
Outdoor banners for openings, sales, and events
A custom vinyl banner is a practical way to announce “Grand Opening,” “Now Open,” a special offer, or your next community event. We can discuss the size and finishing that suit your display.
